Maintenance Technician for Day Shift wanted for KP Components A/S

Maintenance Technician – Day Shift
for KP Components A/S

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Maintenance Department at KP Components A/S.
The main responsibility of our maintenance team is to ensure that production runs smoothly. This means we focus on preventive maintenance and step in whenever breakdowns occur.

Our production equipment primarily consists of CNC milling machines and lathes. We have a high level of automation, and robots play a significant role in our production setup.
The department consists of 8 colleagues working across 3 shifts, and the tasks are both challenging and varied.

The Job

In close cooperation with your colleagues and machine operators, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, service, and repair of machines to minimize downtime.
As part of the day shift, you will play a key role in ensuring that our machinery always operates at optimal performance.

You may have a background as an automation technician, mechanic, industrial technician, electrician, or similar.
The most important thing is that you have both mechanical and electrical understanding and enjoy working hands-on with machines.

Previous experience with maintenance of CNC machines or other technical production equipment is an advantage but not a requirement.
We will provide thorough training to ensure you have the best possible foundation for success in the role.

Your main tasks

• Preventive and ongoing maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns
• Repair of lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and robots in case of breakdowns
• Ad hoc troubleshooting and support to production in case of stoppages
• Reporting and updates in API (maintenance system)

Your profile

You have a technical background – for example as an auto mechanic, automation mechanic, blacksmith, electrician, or industrial technician.
Most importantly, you are skilled, solution-oriented, and motivated by solving technical challenges.

We also value if you have:
• Knowledge of metalworking
• Experience with hydraulics and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of electrical control systems and robots

As a person, you are:

• Independent and able to think outside the box
• Systematic and structured
• Quality- and responsibility-minded
• Open, outgoing, and willing to share knowledge and collaborate with others

Working hours

Day shift: Monday to Thursday 07:00–15:40, Friday 07:00–12:20

You will report to Team Leader Carsten Markussen Særkjær, who can also answer any questions at phone no. 65 47 38 95.

At KP Components A/S, you can expect a competitive salary, an attractive insurance scheme, and excellent working conditions.
